Welcome to Diaita Psychology: Telehealth Support for Children, Adolescents & Families Across Australia

At Diaita Psychology, we provide compassionate, evidence-based support for children, teens, and families—wherever you are in Australia. Through secure, video-based telehealth, we offer psychology and dietetic care designed to ease anxiety, support eating and feeding challenges, and strengthen emotional wellbeing in young people.

🧠 Psychology and Dietetic Care Together

Led by Kerryn O’Brien, a registered psychologist and dietitian, Diaita Psychology is uniquely placed to support children with challenges where body, brain, and behaviour meet.

We specialise in:

  • ARFID, fussy eating & feeding anxiety

  • Eating disorders in children and adolescents (CBT‑e, CBT‑ARFID, FBT‑AN, FBT-BN)

  • Childhood anxiety & mood difficulties

  • ADHD & autism-informed care

  • Parent-child connection & emotional regulation

📍 Australia-Wide, From Wherever You Are

All appointments are offered via telehealth, using a secure video platform. Whether you're in Sydney, rural Victoria, Perth, or anywhere in between, your family can access high-quality psychological support from the comfort of home.

We work with:

  • Children aged 5+

  • Adolescents & young adults

  • Parents & caregivers
